RETURN POLICY

At Enthaara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products.

1. RETURN WINDOW

RETURN PERIOD

You may return the product within [5] days from the date of delivery.

Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged (subject to verification).

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, certificates, and accessories intact.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Products can be returned if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • The product does not match the description on the website
  • You are not satisfied with the product (within the return window)

To maintain the luxury standard and hygiene of our jewelry, all items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items (unless there is an error in engraving on our part)
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items without original packaging, boxes, tags, or certificates
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Include clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  6. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  7. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Please do not ship the product back to us without obtaining return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Standard Returns

For standard returns (change of mind, not as expected), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange for free return pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

6. RETURN INSPECTION

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria:

  • Item is in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates are present
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Return authorization number matches

If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund. In such cases, we will contact you before processing any refund.

7. EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product:

  1. Initiate a return following the standard return process
  2. Once the return is approved and we receive the item, we will process your refund
  3. You can then place a new order for the desired product

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will deliver the replacement within [5-7] days from the date we receive the returned product, subject to product availability.

For out-of-stock items, we will offer a full refund or suggest an alternative product of equal or greater value.

8. REFUND AFTER RETURN

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and inspection status.

9. LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you've shipped a return but we haven't received it within 10 business days of your shipment:

  1. Contact us immediately with your return authorization number and tracking information
  2. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will process your refund or replacement

We highly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns. Enthaara is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment.

10. PARTIAL RETURNS

If your order contains multiple items, you may return individual items. The refund will be calculated based on the returned items only. Shipping charges, if any, will be refunded proportionally or as per our discretion.

11. PACKAGING GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS

To ensure your return is accepted and processed smoothly:

  • Place the jewelry in its original box with all protective padding
  • Include all certificates of authenticity and documentation
  • Keep all original tags attached to the item
  • Place the original box in a sturdy outer shipping box
  • Use adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit
  • Include the return authorization number inside the package
  • Seal the package securely

12. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not currently charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, this is subject to change, and any updates will be reflected in this policy.
