REFUND POLICY

At Enthaara, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that luxury jewelry is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Products received are damaged, defective, or not as described
  • Wrong item was shipped to you
  • Order cancellation before shipment (see Cancellation section below)
  • Product does not meet quality standards upon inspection

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at enthara.official@gmail.com or +918281288163 with your order number. Cancellation requests received after shipment cannot be processed.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund request is approved and we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. REFUND METHOD

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the same card
  • UPI: Refund will be credited to the linked bank account
  • Net Banking: Refund will be credited to the bank account used for payment
  • Digital Wallets: Refund will be credited to the wallet used for payment

We do not offer refunds in cash or store credit unless specifically requested and approved.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Engraved items (unless there is an error in engraving on our part)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or certificates

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage

Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping charges.

7. WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you and ship the correct item or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if return is accepted)

9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is refused at the time of delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or unavailability, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate and someone is available to receive the package during the delivery window.

10. REFUND DELAYS

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company - processing times may vary
  3. Contact your payment provider if the refund still hasn't been processed

11. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
